1 large scoop vanilla ice cream (or any flavour you prefer)
Simply scoop the ice cream into your waffle cone and smother it with a large helping of Cornish clotted cream. Then, carefully roll in a bowl of chopped hazelnuts until the clotted cream is completely covered.
