A smooth Sunday treat… Our Rodda’s White Russian is a simple, yet smooth mix of vodka, coffee liqueur, Rodda’s milk and Rodda’s clotted cream. It’s just perfect to kick back with on a Sunday.

Ingredients
- 200ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp of Rodda's clotted cream
- 2 tbsp of Vodka
- 2 tbsp of Coffee Liqueur
- Ice cubes to serve
Method
- Place the ice cubes in 2 whiskey-style glasses, pouring over the vodka and the coffee liqueur.
- In a jug, add 1 tablespoon of the clotted cream and the milk. The cream should be at room temperature to allow you to mix it together.
- Mix the milk and the cream to create a creamy consistency.
- Slowly pour over the vodka and the liqueur and enjoy!
