Rodda’s White Russian

A smooth Sunday treat… Our Rodda’s White Russian is a simple, yet smooth mix of vodka, coffee liqueur, Rodda’s milk and Rodda’s clotted cream. It’s just perfect to kick back with on a Sunday.

Ingredients

  • 200ml semi skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp of Rodda's clotted cream
  • 2 tbsp of Vodka
  • 2 tbsp of Coffee Liqueur
  • Ice cubes to serve

Method

  1. Place the ice cubes in 2 whiskey-style glasses, pouring over the vodka and the coffee liqueur.
  2. In a jug, add 1 tablespoon of the clotted cream and the milk. The cream should be at room temperature to allow you to mix it together.
  3. Mix the milk and the cream to create a creamy consistency.
  4. Slowly pour over the vodka and the liqueur and enjoy!
