At Rodda’s we are proud to provide our customers with a consistent supply of the most wonderfully rich and creamy milk, which has been foundation of all Rodda’s products for the past 130 years.
We are also always continually looking at ways in which we can improve our impact on the environment, continually reviewing all aspects of our business to ensure we remain as environmentally sustainable as possible.
That’s why we are excited to be working with a number of South West businesses to bring a fantastic new initiative, that is both environmentally friendly and supporting our Cornish farms.
If you would like your Rodda’s refill stations to be listed, or would like to enquire about having a station in your business, contact us to find out more.
Our Milk Refill Stations are helping local businesses see a reduction in the use of plastic milk bottles, whilst allowing customers to enjoy our deliciously creamy ‘local’s milk’.
Many of the stations have traditional glass milk bottles which customers can purchase or there is the option of bringing your own bottle, which can be refilled with Cornish milk which is sourced from Cornish farms within Cornwall.
Almost 36 million plastic bottles are used every day in the UK yet less than 20 million are recycled with the remainder going to landfill. Working with these businesses Rodda’s hopes that its refill machine is a small step to reducing unnecessary plastic waste.
Supporting local farmers is key to everything that we do. That’s why we are setting out to build relationships with our farmers that are based on trust and team spirit.
